The UIWF then reopened and Cena returned, this time catupulted into the IC division where eventually he ended the reign of possibly the best Intercontinental champion in UIWF history, Perry Saturn.
Cena would then join eVolution which would lead him to successful tag team title wins with his partner, but eventually the faction ended.
Cena then shot up the ranks and was a whisker away from winning the UIWF World title untill he was screwed and suplexed off of the ladder by his former eVolution leader during a money in the bank ladder match.
The two would go onto feud in possibly the feud that made Cena a star and would make sure he stayed in the main event of the UIWF.
Cena started the year 2008 with a bad losing streak and a severe case of depression that made him lose all belief in himself. Belief that would soon return though when Cena won his first UIWF World title on an episode of Fever in a battle royal. He would go on to succesfully defend the title at Wrestlemania before losing it the next month to Dean Jones.
Cena never got the chance to envoke his rematch clause as the UIWF shut for a short hiatus, but now it's back and so is Cena, looking once more to become UIWF World Champion.

Name: Bruno Santoni (Vein's birth name)

Finishing Move: Blood Rush- Vein hooks his opponents leg and puts him into brainbuster position. Vein jumps up and sits down.
Secondary Finisher: KATAHAJIME- Tazmission
Brief History: Vein's wrestling career started when he met a man named Mickey Briggs in New York. Mickey saw that Vein was talented, and took up the task of training him. Vein took part in tournaments, and he destroyed all of his competition. Vein had become a local celebrity in Brooklyn, and this caught the eye of a millionaire named Alex James. Alex James offered Vein a contract in a local wrestling company. Vein quickly took up the offer, much to the dismay of Mickey. James began poisoning Vein with fame and wealth. Vein became a huge success, sporting a thirty match winning streak. All the New York newspapers had his face on the front page. Alex James decided he was ready to take on the World Heavyweight Champion, a 7'2 Mexican man named Antonio “Mexican Maniac” Gonzales. During that match Vein took a huge bump, a powerbomb to the outside. Vein landed on his neck, breaking it on contact. The match was stopped immediately, and Vein was rushed to a nearby hospital. Alex James was nowhere to be seen.
After that tragic accident, Vein didn't set foot in the ring for nearly twenty years. He realized he was used by Alex James, and was kicked to the curb when he need him most. He also realized he couldn't go back to Mickey after what he did...after he turned his back on him for fame and money. Mickey always warned him of those demons...Vein just never believed his stories to be true.
For twenty years Vein smoked, drank, and just 'lived life to it's fullest.' He was too afraid to ever step back into the ring, scared that he could injure his neck again, possibly paralyze him this time.
After twenty years had passed by, Vein received a call from Mickey. Mickey told him about this company called UIWF. Vein was intrigued, and visited Mickey at his gym the next day. Vein started training again, trying to get back in shape. He quit drinking and smoking, he became healthy just like he was in his 20's. Vein joined the UIWF and became one of their fastest rising stars. He started off feuding with a man by the name Rigomorits X. The two were in a Triple Threat Match at To Hell and Back. Vein lost, and didn't win a match for nearly a month. However, he was put into a feud with Matt Enigma. The feud lasted for months, with Matt Enigma cheating every single chance he got. Finally on the Fever before the Royal Rumble, Vein finally defeated Enigma, and won his first Television Title. During all of this, Vein had become friends with Mr. Smith. Smith trusted Vein, and assigned him as his “personal bodyguard.” On the very same night that Vein won the TV Title, he turned on Mr. Smith, and clotheslined him. He then joined one of UIWF's most dominate forces...The Dark Circle. After joining the Dark Circle, Mickey visited Vein, and told him how disgusted he was. Mickey was brutally beaten by Psychosis, Disturbed, and Vein. Before the last bit of damage was done however, Kurt Angle ran down the ramp to help the old man. He scared the Dark Circle away, and a new feud was born, one that is now remember as one of the greatest feuds of 08 so far. Kurt Angle vs Vein. These two men had pure hatred for each other. Vein pushed Kurt Angle over the edge by breaking into his house and spraypainting his name on Kurt Angle's picture, he elbowed Karen Angle in the face. Kurt Angle got revenge by setting up a fake funeral for Mickey. Kurt Angle ambushed Vein there, and nearly shattered his ankle by dropping the casket it onto it. The final match was set at St. Valentine's Day Massacre, a 15 Minute Ultimate Submission Match. It was a great match, which resulted in a tie. Instead of continuing the match, Vein walked out of the arena, and this epic feud came to an end. Soon, Vein was in yet another feud, this time with the alter ego of Rig X, Josh Clemmons. Vein still had the TV Title, and defeated Clemmons for the IC title, retiring him in the process. Vein was now holding the TV and IC title, and soon afterwards, him and his partner Disturbed won the Tag Titles together. Vein was holding the Television, IC, and Tag Team Titles all at the same time. However, all this success got to his head, as Vein stared having nightmares, visions even. All of these visions pertained to Psychosis and Disturbed turning on Vein, leaving him bloody and beaten. These nightmares also consisted of him staying in a mental institution owned by Alex James, where he and Mickey were severely mis-treated, and Mickey was killed. Vein tried to shun them, but couldn't. Vein was labeled mentally ill by a doctor, and was ordered to stay in that very same Mental Institution owned by Alex James. On his final match at Reality Rules, Vein was defeated by his own partner Disturbed. Disturbed took all of his belts away, and Vein went into the mental institution. For the past couple of months, nobody knows what has been going on there...but what we do know is that Vein is anxious to get back in the ring, and take back what's rightfully his.
